我们要学习雷锋的“螺丝钉“精神。一次，雷锋跟着张书记下乡，走着走着，雷锋觉着被什么东西绊了一下。低头一看，原来是一颗生锈的螺丝钉，便一脚踢到了路边。张书记看了，一声不响，从草丛里捡起那颗螺丝钉，装进了口袋。几天后，雷锋跟着张书记去开会。张书记问厂长：“如果机床上少了一颗螺丝钉，那么机床还会转动吗?”厂长说：“那就要出毛病了。”聪明的雷锋明白了张书记为什么要捡那颗螺丝钉了——机床上少不了螺丝钉，革命上也少不了“螺丝钉”啊。从此，雷锋以“螺丝钉”精神干一行，爱一行，钻一行。

我还要学雷锋的有爱心。雷锋对自己“小气”，对别人却很大方。一次，区里召开动员大会，雷锋正好看到便取出存折上的200元钱(存折上一共203元)捐了出来。辽阳遭受了百年不遇的洪水，雷锋把100元钱捐了出来。雷锋可以把自己存的钱都捐出来，却舍不得给自己买一瓶汽水。

还要学习雷锋的学习精神。每次电影开演前，他都抓住几分钟时间看书。当汽车兵的时候，一停车他就看书。晚上，灯火灭了，他还要找别的地方学习、看书。

虽然雷锋牺牲时才22岁，但是雷锋精神永远活在我们心中。

我为什么会崇拜他呢?这还要从去年说起。去年，也就是20__年，中央电视台举办了大型公益节目——梦想合唱团。参加这个节目的有张蔷、胡彦斌、周笔畅、林宥嘉、胡夏、房祖名、龚琳娜、、庾澄庆八位明星。他们要回到自己的家乡，组建自己的梦想合唱团，然后为家乡的公益梦想而战。胡夏，是梦想合唱团南宁队队长，他们的公益梦想是为孤儿学校的孩子们争取心理关爱服务和生活助养资金，让孤儿健康成长。最终获得了20万的公益资金。也许是因为当时参加的队数挺多(8支队)，也许是因为胡夏的南宁队没有“杀”进决赛，我一开始并没有过多的关注胡夏。直到总决赛时，他带着已被淘汰的5个队对剩下三个队的美好祝愿，应邀重返现场，还献唱了一首《张三的歌》，正是这首《张三的歌》引起了我对他的关注，因为她唱的是那样的优美、宁静、和谐……“我要带你到处去飞翔，走遍世界各地去观赏，没有烦恼没有那悲伤，自由自在身心多开朗……”没事的时候，我总爱哼上两句。因为胡夏的这一首《张三的歌》，我开始了对胡夏的关注。并开始从网上搜起了他的资料。通过查资料，我知道了胡夏还是“南宁市形象大使”、“青年志愿者”、“桂台青年文化交流大使”，做过许许多多的公益。就这样，他，成了我的偶像。我也得到了一个新称号“虾米”。胡夏，并没有像某些歌星那样，偷逃税款、索要高额出场费，而是把一部分精力用在了做公益上，难道这不值得我们学习吗?
