一、双语环境

一、签证申请费用
个人签证申请
签证费用：大人900元，未满18岁450元(未满18岁之申请人，表格须加父或母签名并附上签名人之护照复印件，若父母未能同行出国，须附家长同意书)(如遇汇率波动，收费标准亦随之调整)。
短期进修签证
瑞士学生签证申请居留超过3个月以上的学生即需申请学生签证，任何外国人若计划在瑞士求学超过3个月以上即需申请学生签证。此过程可能须花2个月，甚至更久的时间才能接到回复，一旦审核通过，则瑞士外事警察局将签发授权书以便申请入境签证。
瑞士商务办事处一旦接到此函后，申请者即可来办理学生签证。至于申请不超过3个月语言课程(含暑期班)的学生签证，则仅需附上一份入学许可证及回程机票。
此项手序只需3个工作日。需特别注意的是，勿以观光签证入境抵瑞士后再转换成学生签证，因为申请有可能为瑞士外事警察局拒绝。

三、签证申请基本流程
准备材料
准备好所有签证所需的纸质材料
预约时间
瑞士签证实行预约制，请提前到_网站注册并预约签证时间。
尽早准备以预留充足时间，签证由瑞士主管部门审核，过程可长达8-12周(三个月)。
递签材料
使/领馆开放时间为周一至周五上午，公众假期闭。
学生需亲自向使/领馆递交签证申请文件，签证地根据学生的户籍所在省份确定，如跨区办理签证，需提供暂住证明/ 在读证明等相关文件。
所有签证材料均要是英文版的(学历需是法文/德文)，使/领馆不接受在材料不齐的情况下递签。备齐后需整理好，原件放一起，复印件放一起。
签证费用是60欧元，但是因为汇率浮动原因，建议备好零钱，领馆不设找零，且收取的费用都是5的倍数。
使/领馆需收取材料的原件及复印件，材料收取后不予退还，如有需要请提前做好备份。
递签时使/领馆需检查学生护照：
上海领馆于递签后会将护照返还给学生，待签证批出后，学生需再次提交护照贴签。
北京及广州使/领馆会收走学生护照，待学生签证批出后，连同护照与签证一起返还给学生。如学生需取走护照，请在递签时向使/领馆提出，待签证批出后，再提交护照贴签。
等待批签
瑞士的签证历时8到12周，递交材料后4周可以通过邮件的方式询问签证进度。
签证批出之后，需由学生本人亲自向使/领馆联系，取得签证。如需邮寄签证，或由他人代取签证，请于递签时向使/领馆提出。
五、续签程序
与当地移民局联系，索取申请表及索款单。此表即为来瑞前所填的“居留许可申请表(学生)”;
在邮局汇款1000克朗左右给瑞典移民总局;
将填好的表、所需的一切证件、刚刚的汇款收据同信直接寄给瑞典移民总局;
等待1周左右，得到移民总局的“收到申请并开始受理”确认信;
等待，直到已有签证到期前一周左右，会得到移民总局的“处理结果”确认;
持“肯定处理结果”和护照到当地移民局，粘贴新到居留许可在护照页上。
